Derrick LaPoint
After working for several years in the development industry, including three as a planner with the City of Fargo, Derrick made the jump across the Red River in 2018 to become the first president of Downtown Moorhead Inc. A UND graduate, he has built DMI from scratch and works alongside community members and businesses to further a strategic plan for the future of Downtown Moorhead.
